A specially formulated oil seed and nut based natural product composition
useful in lowering total serum cholesterol and low density lipoprotein
levels and increasing high density lipoprotein levels in humans. The
composition is preferably formed by heating a variety of types of oil
seeds and nuts at a predetermined temperature and for a predetermined
period of time, categorizing the individual types of seeds and nuts into
individual sets, grinding the seeds and nuts in each set into a meal, and
combining the meals from each set to form a single composition.
