A miniature fan includes a base and a stator mounted in the base. A rotor includes a hub having a plurality of blades on an outer periphery thereof. A magnetically sealing ring includes first and second engaging faces. The first engaging face is coupled to a bottom edge of each blade. A permanent magnet is coupled to the second engaging face of the magnetically sealing ring and aligned with the stator. Given the same air output, the miniature fan has a reduced volume.
