A new cultivar of Lonicera.times.brownii, `Bailelle`, characterized by its dense flowering display of inflorescences in June with consistent repeat bloom into September and October, its flowers that are deep gold in color, its compact twining plant habit, its vigorous growth and ability to grow in a wide range of growing conditions with drought and moisture tolerance, its ability to attract hummingbirds and butterflies, and its hardiness in U.S.D.A.
