Enteric film coating systems for orally ingestible substrates such as
pharmaceutical tablets and dietary supplements are disclosed. In
preferred aspects, the enteric film coatings include an ethylcellulose
dispersion and a substantially gastro-insoluble pore former such as
sodium alginate.
