Lock holes are provided in a peripheral wall of the lid body by cutting portions of the inner peripheral side of the peripheral wall from the split ends, leaving engagement sections on the outer peripheral side of the lid body and opening the top ends of the cut portions in the outer peripheral surface of the lid body. Lock sections projecting from the inner peripheral side of the split ends are provided in the peripheral wall of the main body, at positions facing the lock holes.
