In a multi-access environment, applications with high priority can
temporarily, when needed, occupy parts or even complete resources from at
least one of the accesses in a certain geographical area radio access can
be secured for such applications. An area consisting of a number of cells
is created In such an area, an application having high priority can have
guaranteed resources on one pre-determined access while other "ordinary"
traffic is temporarily directed to the other access(es) even if that may
result in a lower Quality of Service (QoS) in that particular area.
