The invention relates to a device for continuously mixing ingredients of a
flour-and-water-based food dough comprising two mixing tools rotatably
mounted one above the other about an axis of rotation, wherein the top
tools is embodied in the form of a helix extending in a substantially
perpendicular direction to said axis of rotation in such a way that the
ingredient mixture is produced, the lower tool comprises at least one
radial arm provided with a leading surface inclined with respect to the
axis of rotation and an enclosure is provided with a mixed dough
discharge opening which is arranged in the peripheral side part of a
mixing space and in front of the lower tool.
