The semiconductor device provides a conductive layer for electrically connecting the first conductive layer included in the stack having the transistor (for example, a conductive layer provided on the same layer as a gate electrode included in the transistor, a conductive layer provided on the same layer as a source wiring or a drain wiring connected to a source or drain of the transistor, a conductive layer provided in the same layer as the wire connected to the source wiring or the drain wiring, or the like) and the second conductive layer (for example, a conductive layer functioning as an antenna or a connection wire) provided over the substrate.
