A bone modelling and guide device comprises a one-piece cylindrical body
arranged and defined by two adjacent and concentric cylindrical bearings,
one external and the other internal. The external cylindrical bearing has
at least two indexing features adjusting to complementary shapes formed
on a band joined to a surgical guide. The internal bearing allows passage
and guidance of a shaft of a drilling bit. A bottom end of the external
cylindrical bearing is bevelled. The guide device can be locked in depth
and in rotation during positioning of a body in the band.
