The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition which contains a compound of formula ##STR00001## in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are each n-butyl, where X.sup.P- is a counteranion and P is 1, 2 or 3, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, excipient or adjuvant.
