A new cultivar of Nemesia named `KLENH08448` particularly characterized by purple veins on the lower surface of the petals, violet eyes on the upper lip of the petals, and petal lower lip includes a convex oval protuberance which serves as a pollinator nectar guide and landing platform, is disclosed.
