A new and distinct cultivar of Caryopteris plant named `WHITE SURPRISE` that is characterized by broad upright habit, large white variegated leaves, and violet-blue flowers. In combination these traits set `WHITE SURPRISE` apart from all other existing varieties of Caryopteris known to the inventor.
