The second electrode of the first organic EL element has a semitransparent reflective layer. The first electrode of the first organic EL element has a reflective face and a resonant structure located between the reflective face and the semitransparent reflective layer. The second and third organic EL elements each has a resonant structure located between a reflective face of the first electrode of the second or third organic EL element and a light-extracting face of the transparent layer of the second or third organic EL element.
