The chassis member is a plate-like member of a size greater than or equal to that of the circuit board, arranged between the longitudinal frame and an horizontal edge part of the display panel, supported by the longitudinal frame to be opposed to the back surface of the display panel, and provided with a stud pin to which the circuit board is secured.
