This invention relates to compounds, pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of using compounds of the formula: ##STR1## A is O or S; R is C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 straight or branched chain alkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.10 straight or branched chain alkenyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.10 straight or branched chain alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, carbocycle, or heterocycle; D is a bond, or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 straight or branched chain alkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.3 straight or branched chain alkenyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.3 straight or branched chain alkynyl, wherein any of the carbon atoms of said alkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl of D are optionally replaced with oxygen, nitrogen, or sulfur; and X is aryl, heteroaryl, carbocycle, or heterocycle.

Diese Erfindung bezieht auf Mitteln, pharmazeutischem Aufbau und Methoden des Verwendens der Mittel der Formel: ## STR1 ## A ist O oder S; R ist C.sub.1 - C.sub.10 gerade oder ausgebrittenes Kettenalkyl, C.sub.2 - C.sub.10 gerade oder ausgebrittenes Kettenalkenyl, C.sub.2 - C.sub.10 gerade oder ausgebrittenes Kettenalkynyl, Aryl, heteroaryl, carbocycle oder heterocycle; D ist eine Bindung oder ein C.sub.1 - C.sub.3 gerade oder ausgebrittenes Kettenalkyl, C.sub.2 - C.sub.3 gerade oder ausgebrittenes Kettenalkenyl, C.sub.2 - C.sub.3 gerade oder ausgebrittenes Kettenalkynyl, worin irgendwelche der Kohlenstoffatome von besagtes Alkyl-, alkenyl oder alkynyl von D beliebig mit Sauerstoff, Stickstoff oder Schwefel ersetzt werden; und X ist Aryl-, heteroaryl, carbocycle oder heterocycle.
