The present invention relates to taxane derivatives each represented by the following formula (1): ##STR1## [wherein, A.sup.1 represents a group ##STR2## (in which R.sup.1 represents H or a (substituted) alkyl group) or a group ##STR3## (in which R.sup.2 represents an amino group, a mono- or di-alkylamino group, a piperidino group, a pyrrolidino group or a morpholino group), X represents H, an alkoxycarbonyl group or a benzoyl group, Y represents H or a trialkylsilyl group, A.sup.2 represents a furyl group, an alkylfuryl group, an alkyl group or a fluorophenyl group, Ac represents an acetyl group, and Bz represents a benzoyl group] or salts thereof; and drugs containing the same as an active ingredient. These compounds have excellent water solubility and antitumor activity.

Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auf taxane Ableitungen jede, die durch die folgende Formel (1) dargestellt wird: ## STR1 ## [ worin, A.sup.1 ein Gruppe ## STR2 ## darstellt (in, welchem R.sup.1 H oder a (ersetzt) Alkylgruppe) darstellt oder ein Gruppe ## STR3 ## (in, welchem R.sup.2 eine Aminogruppe, eine Mono- oder Di-alkylamino Gruppe, eine piperidino Gruppe, eine pyrrolidino Gruppe oder eine morpholino Gruppe darstellt), X stellt H, eine alkoxycarbonyl Gruppe oder eine Benzoylgruppe dar, stellt Y H oder eine trialkylsilyl Gruppe dar, stellt A.sup.2 eine Furyl- Gruppe, eine alkylfuryl Gruppe, eine Alkylgruppe oder eine fluorophenyl Gruppe dar, stellt Wechselstrom eine Acetylgruppe dar, und Bz stellt eine Benzoylgruppe ] oder Salze davon dar; und Drogen, die dasselbe wie eine Aktivsubstanz enthalten. Diese Mittel haben ausgezeichnete Wasserlöslichkeit und Antitumortätigkeit.
