The invention relates to oil-free glycerophospholipid formulations which contain a homogeneous mixture of glycerophospholipids and an anhydrous, liquid polyol compound such as glycerol in a molar ratio of 1:0.1 to 1. These formulations are produced, eg, by extracting a starting material consisting of an oil-containing glycerophospholipid (mixture) and the polyol component with a compressed hydrocarbon (mixture) in a rectifying column. The oil-free formulation can be obtained from the melt at the bottom of the column in the form of free-flowing powder, which is ideally suited for stabilising oil-in-water emulsions.

De uitvinding heeft op olievrije glycerophospholipidformuleringen betrekking die een homogeen mengsel van glycerophospholipids en een vochtvrije, vloeibare polyol samenstelling zoals glycerol in een maalverhouding van 1:0.1 tot 1 bevatten. Deze formuleringen worden veroorzaakt, b.v., door een beginnend materiaal te halen dat uit een oliehoudende glycerophospholipid (mengsel) bestaat en de polyol component met een samengeperste koolwaterstof (mengsel) in een het rectificeren kolom. De olievrije formulering kan uit de smelting bij de bodem van de kolom in de vorm van vrij bewegend poeder worden verkregen, dat ideaal gezien geschikt voor het stabiliseren van oil-in-water emulsies is.
