Disclosed are polyhedral organosilicon compounds which are possible to be polymerized and can form a film excellent in adhesiveness to a substrate, having a high hardness, a high transparency and having water and oil repellency, and comprise organofluoro groups or both of organofluoro groups and reactive functional groups, the compounds being soluble in an organic solvent and stable. Organosilicon compounds which have perfluoroalkyl groups or both perfluoroalkyl groups and reactive functional groups and which have a polyhedral structure have the following formulas of (I), (II) and (III): [Rf1--X1--(CH.sub.2).sub.a --SiO.sub.1.5 ].sub.m (I) [Rf1--X1--(CH.sub.2).sub.a --SiO.sub.1.5 ].sub.m [Rf2--(X2).sub.c --(CH.sub.2).sub.b --SiO.sub.1.5 ].sub.n (II) [Rf1--X1--(CH.sub.2).sub.a --SiO.sub.1.5 ].sub.m [R--(X2).sub.c --(CH.sub.2).sub.b --SiO.sub.1.5 ].sub.n (III) wherein each of Rf1 and Rf2 represents a perfluoroalkyl group, R represents a functional group, each of X1 and X2 represents a divalent bonding group, each of a and b represents 0 or an integer of up to 10, c represents 0 or 1, each of m and n represents an integer of 1 to 19 and m+n is an integer of 4 to 20.

Sono rilevati i residui polyhedral dell'organosilicio che sono possibili per essere polimerizzato e possono formare una pellicola eccellente nell'adesività ad un substrato, aventi un'alta durezza, un alto acetato ed aventi repellency dell'olio e dell'acqua e contengono i gruppi di organofluoro o entrambi i gruppi di organofluoro ed i gruppi funzionali reattivi, i residui che sono solubili in un solvente organico ed in una scuderia. L'organosilicio compone che hanno gruppi di perfluoroalkyl o sia gruppi di perfluoroalkyl che gruppi funzionali reattivi e che hanno una struttura polyhedral avere le seguenti formule di (i), di (ii) di e (iii): [ Rf1 -- X1 -- (CH.sub.2).sub.a -- SiO.sub.1.5 ].sub.m (i) [ Rf1 -- X1 -- (CH.sub.2).sub.a -- SiO.sub.1.5 ].sub.m [ Rf2 -- (X2).sub.c -- (CH.sub.2).sub.b -- SiO.sub.1.5 ].sub.n (ii) [ Rf1 -- X1 -- (CH.sub.2).sub.a -- SiO.sub.1.5 ].sub.m [ R -- (X2).sub.c -- (CH.sub.2).sub.b -- SiO.sub.1.5 ].sub.n (iii) in cui ciascuno di Rf1 e di Rf2 rappresenta un gruppo di perfluoroalkyl, R rappresenta un gruppo funzionale, ciascuno di X1 e di X2 rappresenta un gruppo bivalente di bonding, ciascuna della a e della b rappresenta 0 o un numero intero di fino a 10, la c rappresenta 0 o 1, ciascuna della m. e della n rappresenta un numero intero di 1 - 19 e m+n è un numero intero di 4 - 20.
