A penetrating concentrate containing a biocidal amount of a biocide uses a penetrating carrier vehicle containing an emulsifiable copolymer of a cyclic diene and a polymerizable, unsaturated glyceride. For biocides, such as iodopropargyl carbamate, which otherwise requires use of significant amounts of co-solvent to disperse, is directly soluble in the copolymer thereby eliminating or at least substantially reducing the need for co-solvents to assure stability of the biocide in the formulation. The concentrate also exhibits a low level of volatile organics.

Een doordringend concentraat dat een biocidal hoeveelheid biocide bevat gebruikt een doordringend dragervoertuig dat een emulgeerbaar copolymeer van cyclische diene en een polymerizable, onverzadigd glyceride bevat. Voor biociden, zoals iodopropargylcarbamate, die anders gebruik van significante hoeveelheden mede-oplosmiddel om vereist te verspreiden, is direct oplosbaar in het copolymeer dat daardoor of minstens wezenlijk de behoefte aan mede-oplosmiddelen elimineert vermindert om stabiliteit van het biocide in de formulering te verzekeren. Het concentraat stelt ook een laag niveau van vluchtige natuurlijke producten tentoon.
