A method for analyzing an objective substance, comprsing reacting a labeled probe with an objective substance on a biological sample, said probe comprsing a label substance of the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein A.sup.1 is an aromatic group, R.sup.1 is a hydrogen or --COCH.sub.2 COC.sub.n F.sub.2n+1 and n is an integer of 1-6, which is bonded to a probe selected from the group consisting of nucleic acid, nudeic acid binding potein, low molecular ligand and receptor for ligand (except antibody) to give a fluorescent complex, reacting the complex with an objective substance on a biolgical sample and assaying fluorescence of the resultant fluorescent complex, a labeled nucleic acid probe and a labeled nucleotide. According to the method of the present invention, defects such as hindrance of fluorescence due to contaminant substance, low sensitivity and the like can be resolved, thereby enabling analysis on a tissue.

Een methode om een objectieve substantie te analyseren, die reagerend een geëtiketteerde sonde comprsing met een objectieve substantie op een biologische steekproef, zei sonde die een etiketsubstantie van de formule (I) comprsing: ## STR1 ## waarin A.sup.1 een aromatische groep is, is R.sup.1 een waterstof of -- COCH.sub.2 COC.sub.n F.sub.2n+1 en n is een geheel van 1-6, dat op een sonde geplakt wordt die uit de groep wordt geselecteerd die uit nucleic zuur, nudeic zuur potein, lage moleculaire ligand en receptor die voor ligand (behalve antilichaam) bestaat fluorescente complex binden te geven, reagerend het complex met een objectieve substantie op een biolgical steekproef en het analyseren fluorescentie van resulterende fluorescente complex, een geëtiketteerde nucleic zuursonde en een geëtiketteerd nucleotide. Volgens de methode van de onderhavige uitvinding, kunnen de tekorten zoals belemmering van fluorescentie toe te schrijven aan verontreinigende stofsubstantie, lage gevoeligheid en dergelijke worden opgelost, daardoor toelatend analyse van een weefsel.
