The present invention relates to a method for increasing the immunogenicity of an antigen, characterized in that the antigen is combined via stable interactions with a particulate vector, said vector containing: a non-liquid hydrophilic core, and, optionally; an outer layer of compounds chosen from the group comprising phospholipids and fatty acids. The present invention also relates to a product thereby obtained and to a pharmaceutical composition containing such product.

A invenção atual relaciona-se a um método para aumentar o immunogenicity de um antígeno, caracterizado que o antígeno está combinado através das interações estáveis com um vetor particulate, conter dito do vetor: um núcleo hydrophilic do non-líquido, e, opcionalmente; uma camada exterior de compostos escolhidos do grupo que compreende phospholipids e ácidos fatty. A invenção atual relaciona-se também a um produto obtido desse modo e a uma composição pharmaceutical que contem tal produto.
