The present invention provides for the use of film-forming aqueous
formulations comprising in dispersed form at least one crosslinked
copolymer P for coating shaped mineral articles and for a method of
coating shaped mineral articles, said copolymer P comprising in
copolymerized form
a) from 80 to 99.89% by weight of at least one monomer selected from esters
of acrylic acid with C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 -alkanols, esters of methacrylic
acid with C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkanols, and monovinylaromatics,
b) from 0.1 to 19.99% by weight of at least one monomer different from a),
and
c) from 0.01 to 1.9% by weight of at least one crosslinking monomer
selected from esters of acrylic or methacrylic acid with linear or
branched C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -alkenols, cyclic C.sub.5 -C.sub.7 -alkenols and
polycyclic C.sub.2 -C.sub.12 -alkenols.
A invenção atual fornece para o uso dos formulations aqueous film-forming que compreendem no formulário dispersado ao menos um copolymer crosslinked P para revestir artigos minerais dados forma e para um método de revestir artigos minerais dados forma, o copolymer dito P que compreende dentro copolymerized o formulário a) de 80 a 99.89% pelo peso ao menos de um monomer selecionado dos esters do ácido acrílico com C.sub.1 - C.sub.12 - alkanols, dos esters do ácido methacrylic com C.sub.1 - C.sub.8 - alkanols, e do monovinylaromatics, b) de 0.1 a 19.99% pelo peso ao menos de um monomer diferente de a), e de c) de 0.01 a 1.9% pelo peso ao menos de um monomer crosslinking selecionado dos esters de acrílico ou de methacrylic ácido com o C.sub.3 linear ou ramificado - C.sub.6 - alkenols, C.sub.5 cíclico - C.sub.7 - alkenols e C.sub.2 polycyclic - C.sub.12 - alkenols.
