The present invention discloses: (i) a non-pathogenic probiotic microorganism and its probiotic/therapeutic uses; (ii) a formulation comprising an aqueous solution of a volatile fraction (VF) prepared from the extract of at least one plant derived material and its therapeutic uses; (iii) a process of manufacturing the formulation from the plant derived material; (iv) a probiotic composition comprising the non-pathogenic probiotic microorganism of the invention and/or other probiotic microorganism(s) and the formulation of the invention, and its probiotic/therapeutic uses; (v) a composition for industrial applications comprising the formulation of the invention and microorganism(s) of industrial applicability; and (vi) industrial processes and apparatuses in which the latter composition is used.

De onderhavige uitvinding onthult: (i) een non-pathogenic probiotic micro-organisme en zijn probiotic/therapeutisch gebruik; (ii) een formulering die uit een oplossing in water van een vluchtige fractie (VF) bestaat die van het uittreksel van minstens één installatie afgeleid materiaal en zijn therapeutisch gebruik wordt voorbereid; (iii) een proces om de formulering van het installatie afgeleide materiaal te vervaardigen; (iv) een probiotic samenstelling uit het non-pathogenic probiotic micro-organisme van de uitvinding en/of uit ander probiotic micro-organisme (s) en uit formulering van de uitvinding bestaan, en zijn probiotic/therapeutisch gebruik die; (v) een samenstelling voor industriële toepassingen die uit de formulering van de uitvinding en het micro-organisme (s) van industriële toepasselijkheid bestaan; en (vi) industriële processen en apparaten waarin de laatstgenoemde samenstelling wordt gebruikt.
