The object of the present invention is to provide a prophylactic and/or
therapeutic drug for obesity and obesity-associated diseasestor diabetes
with a reduced risk for central side effects and high universality in
usage. Another object of the present invention is to provide a
pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of the following formula:

wherein Ar represents phenyl which may be substituted and/or condensed; n
represents an integer of 1 to 10; R represents hydrogen or a hydrocarbon
group which may be substituted, which may not be the same in its n
occurrences; R may be bound to either Ar or a substituent for Ar; Y
represents an amino group which may be subsituted or a nitrogen-containing
saturated heterocyclic group which may be substituted, or a salt thereof,
which can be used for a thermogenic agent, an antiobesity agent, a
lipolytic agent, or a prophylactic and/or treating drug for
obesity-associated diseases.
Der Gegenstand der anwesenden Erfindung ist, eine prophylactike und/oder therapeutische Droge für Korpulenz und Korpulenz-verbundenen einen diseasestor Diabetes zur Verfügung zu stellen mit einer verringerten Gefahr für zentrale Nebenwirkungen und hohe Universalität im Verbrauch. Ein anderer Gegenstand der anwesenden Erfindung ist, einen pharmazeutischen Aufbau zur Verfügung zu stellen, der ein Mittel von der folgenden Formel enthält: ## STR1 ## worin Ar Phenyl darstellt, das ersetzt werden und/oder kondensiert werden kann; n stellt eine Ganzzahl von 1 bis 10 dar; R stellt Wasserstoff oder eine Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe dar, die ersetzt werden können, das möglicherweise nicht dasselbe in seinem n Auftreten sein kann; R kann zu Ar oder zu einem Substituenten für Ar gesprungen werden entweder; Y stellt eine Aminogruppe dar, die sein kann subsituted oder eine nitrogenhaltige gesättigte heterozyklische Gruppe, die ersetzt werden kann oder ein Salz davon, das für ein thermogenic Mittel, ein antiobesity Mittel, ein lipolytisches Mittel oder eine prophylactike und/oder behandelnde Droge für Korpulenz-verbundene Krankheiten benutzt werden kann.
