The present invention provides a dermatologic or cosmetic composition, including a liquid fatty phase, and, as surfactant and thickener for the liquid fatty phase, particles of a crosslinked elastomeric solid polyorganosiloxane containing at least one oxyalkylenated group. Another embodiment of the invention relates to methods of using particles of a crosslinked elastomeric solid polyorganosiloxane containing at least one oxyethylenated group. The present invention is especially suitable for a care or make-up composition for human skin and lips, and overcomes the various drawbacks in known compositions. In particular, the present invention provides a composition for human skin and lips that results in a film that does not transfer; that has better cosmetic properties, freshness and matte-effect properties; and that is desirably longer-lasting than conventional "transfer-resistant" products, in particular the properties of slipperiness, of not feeling taut and of not drying out the lips, of having good staying power over time, particularly with respect to the color (no color change over time) and of not migrating, in particular into the folds of the skin. The invention applies not only to make-up products for human lips and skin, but also to care and/or treatment products for human lips and skin. The composition of the invention can also be applied to the scalp.

De onderhavige uitvinding verstrekt een dermatologic of kosmetische samenstelling, met inbegrip van een vloeibare vettige fase, en, aangezien de capillair-actieve stof en het bindmiddel voor de vloeibare vettige fase, deeltjes van een crosslinked elastomeric vast lichaam die polyorganosiloxane minstens één bevatten groep oxyalkylenated. Een andere belichaming van de uitvinding heeft op methodes om deeltjes van een crosslinked elastomeric vast lichaam betrekking te gebruiken polyorganosiloxane bevattend minstens één oxyethylenated groep. De onderhavige uitvinding is vooral geschikt voor een zorg of samenstellingssamenstelling voor menselijke huid en lippen, en overwint de diverse nadelen in bekende samenstellingen. In het bijzonder verstrekt de onderhavige uitvinding een samenstelling voor menselijke huid en lippen die in een film resulteren die niet overbrengt; dat heeft betere kosmetische eigenschappen, versheids en steen-gevolg eigenschappen; en dat is wenselijk duurzamer dan conventionele "overdracht-bestand" producten, in het bijzonder de eigenschappen van glibberigheid, van strak voelen niet en van het uitdrogen van niet de lippen, van het hebben van goed dat macht in tijd, in het bijzonder met betrekking tot de kleur (geen kleurenverandering in tijd) blijft en van het migreren niet, in het bijzonder in de vouwen van de huid. De uitvinding is niet alleen op samenstellingsproducten voor menselijke lippen en huid, maar ook op zorg en/of behandelingsproducten voor menselijke lippen en huid van toepassing. De samenstelling van de uitvinding kan ook op scalp worden aangebracht.
