The bobbin trunk (7a) chiefly includes a bulkier bobbin portion (16) of synthetic polymer manufacture, and a base portion (17) formed unitarily with and on the inner peripheral side of the bobbin portion (16). The skirt (7b) is of an aluminum alloy manufacture, and is formed at lesser bulk by press-working a tubular portion (7c) and a rear flange portion (7d) unitarily.
