The present invention provides a new organic-inorganic (PDMcT+PANI)/V.sub.2 O.sub.5 composites electrode material in which two different organic polymers are intercalated into the V.sub.2 O.sub.5 interlayer, which shows higher discharge capacity than each isolated polymers and V.sub.2 O.sub.5. Therefore, it can be used as a cathode in secondary lithium battery.
