The present invention relates to a method for the preparation and purification of IgY(.DELTA.Fc) antibody from avian yolk, generally comprising the steps of immunization of a fowl hen with an antigen, a partial purification of the whole antibodies from the eggs laid by the hen, and an immunoaffinity purification of the antibodies raised against the antigen, in which the binding of the antibodies with the antigen in the immunoaffinity purification step is conducted at pH within a range of 4-7 and under an ionic strength of lower than 50 mM. The present invention also relates to the IgY(.DELTA.Fc) antibody produced thereby and various uses of the novel IgY(.DELTA.Fc) antibody.

Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auf einer Methode für die Vorbereitung und die Reinigung IgY(.DELTA.Fc) des Antikörpers vom Vogeleigelb und im Allgemeinen enthält die Schritte von der Immunisierung einer Geflügelhenne mit einem Antigen, eine teilweise Reinigung von den vollständigen Antikörpern von den Eiern, die durch die Henne gelegt werden, und eine immunoaffinity Reinigung von den Antikörpern, die gegen das Antigen angehoben werden, in dem die Schwergängigkeit der Antikörper mit dem Antigen im immunoaffinity Reinigungschritt bei pH innerhalb eines Bereiches 4-7 und unter einer Ionenstärke von niedrig als 50 Millimeter geleitet wird. Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auch auf dem IgY(.DELTA.Fc) Antikörper, der dadurch produziert werden und verschiedenem Gebrauch des Antikörpers des Romans IgY(.DELTA.Fc).
