In the decoration of an article having a conical surface by means of a
decoration applied from an embossing foil, the embossing foil strip is
unwound from a supply roll and passed around a deflection roller to feed
it in the proper orientation to an embossing station in which a decoration
is transferred from the embossing foil on to the surface of the article.
The deflection roller and the embossing foil supply roll perform a linear
movement parallel to the axis of the deflection roller and at the same
time a pivotal movement about a pivot axis which is normal to that roller
axis. The deflection roller is continuously linearly displaced by a
distance corresponding to the deviation between the linear configuration
of the embossing foil strip and the arcuate configuration defined by the
development of the conical surface of the article to be decorated. At the
same time the deflection roller is continuously pivoted through an angle
so that the linear configuration of the embossing foil strip is
compensated for in relation to the respective curvature angle of the
arcuate development of the surface of the article to be decorated.
В украшение статьи имея коническую поверхность посредством украшения приложенного от выбивая фольги, выбивая прокладка фольги размотана от крена поставкы и а вокруг ролика отклонения для того чтобы подать она в правильной ориентации к выбивая станции в которую украшение перенесено от выбивая фольги дальше к поверхности статьи. Ролик отклонения и выбивая крен поставкы фольги выполняют линейное движение параллельное к оси ролика отклонения и в то же самое время стержневое движение о оси оси нормально к той оси ролика. Ролик отклонения непрерывно линейно смещен расстоянием соответствуя к отступлению между линейной конфигурацией выбивая прокладки фольги и аркуатной конфигурацией определенной развитием конической поверхности статьи, котор нужно украсить. В то же самое время ролик отклонения непрерывно сделан поворот через угол так, что линейная конфигурация выбивая прокладки фольги будет компенсирована для по отношению к соответственно угла погнутости аркуатного развития поверхности статьи, котор нужно украсить.
