Reticulated flexible polyurethane foams are prepared by reacting organic
and/or modified organic polyisocyanates (a) with a polyetherol mixture (b)
and, if required, further compounds (c) having hydrogen atoms reactive
toward isocyanates, in the presence of water and/or other blowing agents
(d), catalysts (e) and further assistants and additives (f), by a process
in which the polyetherol mixture (b) comprises
b1) at least one difunctional or polyfunctional polyetherol having an OH
number of from 20 to 150 mg KOH/g, based on propylene oxide and/or
butylene oxide and ethylene oxide and having an ethylene oxide content of
more than 40% by weight, based on the total amount of alkylene oxide used,
(b1.1) and, if required, further difunctional or polyfunctional
polyetherols having an OH number of from 20 to 150 mg KOH/g, based on
propylene oxide and/or butylene oxide and ethylene oxide and having an
ethylene oxide content of not more than 40% by weight, based on the total
amount of alkylene oxide used, which have a content of primary OH groups
of more than 40%, (b1.2), with total amounts of the component (b1) of at
least 70% by weight, based on the total weight of the component (b),
(b1.1) being present in amounts of at least 50% by weight, based on the
total weight of the component (b), and
b2) at least one difunctional or polyfunctional polyetherol based on
propylene oxide and/or butylene oxide and having an OH number of more than
25 mg KOH/g, in amounts of not more than 30% by weight, based on the total
weight of the component (b),
and silicone stabilizers are used in amounts of from 0.02 to 5% by weight,
based on the total weight of the components (b) to f). The reticulated
flexible polyurethane foams themselves prepared in this manner are used
for upholstery purposes, for cavity filling and as support medium and
filter medium.
O poliuretano flexível reticulated espuma está preparado reagindo os polyisocyanates orgânicos orgânicos e/ou modificados (a) com uma mistura do polyetherol (b) e, se requerido, os compostos mais adicionais (c) ter os átomos do hidrogênio reactive para isocyanates, na presença da água e/ou de outros agentes fundindo (d), catalizadores (e) e promove os assistentes e os aditivos (f), por um processo em que a mistura do polyetherol (b) compreende b1) polyetherol ao menos um do difunctional ou do polyfunctional que tem um número do OH de 20 150 a magnésio KOH/g, baseado no óxido do óxido do propylene e/ou do óxido e do etileno do butylene e em ter um índice do óxido do etileno mais de de 40% pelo peso, baseado na quantidade total de óxido do alkylene difunctional ou polyetherols usados, (b1.1) e, se requerido, mais adicionais do polyfunctional que têm um número do OH de 20 150 a magnésio KOH/g, baseado no óxido do óxido e/ou do butylene do propylene e no óxido do etileno e tendo um índice do óxido do etileno não mais de de 40% pelo peso, baseado na quantidade total de óxido do alkylene, que têm um índice de grupos preliminares do OH mais de de 40%, (b1.2 usado), com quantidades totais do componente (b1) ao menos de 70% pelo peso, baseou no peso total do (b) componente, (b1.1) estando atual nas quantidades ao menos de 50% pelo peso, baseado no peso total do (b) componente, e no b2) polyetherol ao menos um do difunctional ou do polyfunctional baseado no óxido do óxido e/ou do butylene do propylene e em ter um número do OH mais de 25 de magnésio KOH/g, nas quantidades não mais de de 30% pelo peso, baseadas no peso total do (b) componente, e estabilizadores do silicone é usado nas quantidades de 0.02 a 5% pelo peso, baseadas no peso total dos componentes (b) a f). O poliuretano flexível reticulated espuma ele mesmo preparado nesta maneira é usado para finalidades de upholstery, para o enchimento da cavidade e como o meio da sustentação e o meio do filtro.
