This invention relates to an aqueous hair treatment comprising coated
particles comprising a solid core having a D3, 2 average particle size in
the range from 10 to 700 nm, and a coating polymer covalently bonded to
the solid core. Use of the coated particles in a hair treatment
composition to impart body to the hair is also described.
