and which makes it possible to easily change the reduction ratio. A hollow
space is formed in a portion of the rotation center of a reduction gear, a
motor mounting member (24) for maintaining a distance between the center
of rotation and a rotating shaft of the motor to a fixed distance, and a
front-stage reducing portion (32) for reducing the output rotation of the
