The present invention provides an image recording material onto which
images can be recorded with an infrared ray, the material comprising an
infrared absorbent (A), a radical-generating agent (B) and a radically
polymerizable compound (C), wherein the infrared absorbent is a cyanine
dye in which at least one substituent on a nitrogen atom in a heterocyclic
ring at each end forms a cyclic ring which includes a methine chain.
La actual invención proporciona un material de la grabación de la imagen sobre el cual las imágenes se puedan registrar con un rayo infrarrojo, el material que abarca un absorbente infrarrojo (a), un agente de radical-generacio'n (b) y un compuesto radicalmente polymerizable (c), en donde el absorbente infrarrojo es un tinte de cyanine en el cual por lo menos un sustituto en un átomo del nitrógeno en un anillo heterocíclico en cada extremo forma un anillo cíclico que incluya una cadena del methine.
