The present invention relates to compounds useful in the treatment of
cancer or other proliferative diseases represented by formula I:

Q is selected from the group consisting of

M is O, NR.sub.9, or CR.sub.10 R.sub.11 ; X is O or NH; and the R groups
are as defined, and therapeutic compositions containing them alone or in
combination with other therapeutic agents useful in the treatment of
cancer or other proliferative diseases.
Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auf den Mitteln, die in der Behandlung des Krebses nützlich sind oder anderen proliferative Krankheiten, die durch Formel I dargestellt werden: ## STR1 ## worin: Q wird von der Gruppe vorgewählt, die aus ## STR2 ## M besteht, ist O, NR.sub.9 oder CR.sub.10 R.sub.11; X ist O oder NH; und die R Gruppen sind als definierter und therapeutischer Aufbau alleine oder im Verbindung mit, der sie anderen therapeutischen Mitteln enthält, die in der Behandlung des Krebses oder anderer proliferative Krankheiten nützlich sind.
