Solvent based poly(urethane/urea) resins suitable for formulating
flexographic and gravure laminating printing ink and coating compositions
formed from a poly(urethane) prepolymer solution made from a blend of
polymeric diols and diols reacted with diisocyanates and then with diamine
in an organic solvent. The resin is prepared by adding the poly(urethane)
prepolymer solution at a controlled rate to the diamine in a organic
solvent which allows a resin solution to be formed, which may be used in
the formulation of laminating printing ink and coating compositions
without the need for adjuvants, grinding in polyvinyl butyral or blending
with nitrocellulose base.
Le dissolvant a basé poly(urethane/urea) des résines appropriées à la formulation flexographique et à l'encre d'imprimerie de stratification de gravure et aux compositions enduisantes formées d'une solution de prépolymère de poly(urethane) faite à partir d'un mélange des diols polymères et des diols mis à réagir avec des diisocyanates et puis avec la diamine dans un dissolvant organique. La résine est préparée en ajoutant la solution de prépolymère de poly(urethane) à un taux commandé à la diamine dans un dissolvant organique qui permet à une solution de résine d'être formée, qui peut être employée dans la formulation de l'encre d'imprimerie de stratification et des compositions enduisantes sans besoin d'adjuvants, rectifiant dans butyral polyvinylique ou se mélangeant avec la base de nitrocellulose.
