There is provided composition comprising i) a thermoplastic polymer ii) a
compound having the formula

wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are independently selected from an
acyl group or a hydrogen atom, wherein at least one of R.sub.1, R.sub.2
and R.sub.3 is an acyl group (a short acyl group) having from 2 to 6
carbon atoms, wherein at least one of R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 is a
branched chain acyl group (a long acyl soup) consisting of a saturated
chain having 10 to 20 carbon atoms and a hydrophilic branch group.
Il y a composition fournie comportant i) un polymère thermoplastique ii) un composé ayant le ## du ## STR1 de formule où R.sub.1, R.sub.2 et R.sub.3 sont indépendamment choisis parmi un groupe d'acyle ou un atome d'hydrogène, où au moins un de R.sub.1, R.sub.2 et R.sub.3 est un groupe d'acyle (un groupe court d'acyle) ayant de 2 à 6 atomes de carbone, où au moins un de R.sub.1, R.sub.2 et R.sub.3 est un groupe à chaînes embranché d'acyle (un long potage d'acyle) se composant d'une chaîne saturée ayant 10 à 20 atomes de carbone et un groupe hydrophile de branche.
