The present invention relates to the delivery of alprazolam, estazolam,
midazolam or triazolam through an inhalation route. Specifically, it
relates to aerosols containing alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam or
triazolam that are used in inhalation therapy. In a composition aspect of
the present invention, the aerosol comprises particles comprising at least
5 percent by weight of alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam or triazolam. In a
method aspect of the present invention, alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam
or triazolam is delivered to a mammal through an inhalation route. The
method comprises: a) heating a composition, wherein the composition
comprises at least 5 percent by weight of alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam
or triazolam, to form a vapor; and, b) allowing the vapor to cool, thereby
forming a condensation aerosol comprising particles, which is inhaled by
the mammal. In a kit aspect of the present invention, a kit for delivering
alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam or triazolam through an inhalation route
to a mammal is provided which comprises: a) a composition comprising at
least 5 percent by weight of alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam or
triazolam; and, b) a device that forms an alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam
or triazolam containing aerosol from the composition, for inhalation by
the mammal.
Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auf der Anlieferung von alprazolam, von estazolam, von midazolam oder von triazolam durch einen Einatmungweg. Spezifisch bezieht sie auf den Aerosolen, die alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam oder triazolam, die, enthalten in der Einatmungtherapie benutzt werden. In einem Aufbauaspekt der anwesenden Erfindung, enthält das Aerosol die Partikel, die mindestens 5 Prozent nach Gewicht alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam oder triazolam enthalten. In einem Methode Aspekt der anwesenden Erfindung, wird alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam oder triazolam an ein Säugetier durch einen Einatmungweg geliefert. Die Methode enthält: A), einen Aufbau heizend, worin der Aufbau mindestens 5 Prozent nach Gewicht alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam oder triazolam enthält, um einen Dampf zu bilden; und, B), den Dampf abkühlen lassend, ein Kondensationaerosol dadurch bildend, das Partikel enthält, das durch das Säugetier inhaliert wird. In einem Installationssatzaspekt der anwesenden Erfindung, wird ein Installationssatz für das Liefern von von alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam oder triazolam durch einen Einatmungweg an ein Säugetier zur Verfügung gestellt, das enthält: A) ein Aufbau, der mindestens 5 Prozent nach Gewicht alprazolam, estazolam, midazolam oder triazolam enthält; und, B) eine Vorrichtung, die ein alprazolam, ein estazolam, ein midazolam oder ein triazolam bildet, die Aerosol vom Aufbau enthalten, für Einatmung durch das Säugetier.
