A high-frequency circuit element including a substrate, a high-frequency
circuit formed on the substrate, a metal box electromagnetically shielding
the high-frequency circuit by enclosing the substrate and an input/output
terminal placed on the metal box and inputting/outputting a high-frequency
signal to/from the high-frequency circuit. Adding at least one plate for
interrupting unwanted higher-order mode cutting off the propagation path
of the high frequency waves in the space inside the metal box by
substantially dividing the space inside the metal box makes it possible to
cut off the propagation path where the high frequency waves propagates in
the space inside the box and to suppress excitation and propagation of the
unwanted higher-order mode that adversely affects the frequency
characteristic of the high frequency circuit element.
Ein Hochfrequenz-Schaltkreiselement einschließlich ein Substrat, ein Hochfrequenzstromkreis bildete sich auf dem Substrat, ein Metallkasten, der elektromagnetisch den Hochfrequenzstromkreis abschirmt, indem es das Substrat und einen Input/Output Anschluß umgab, die auf den Metallkasten und das inputting/outputting ein Hochfrequenzsignal to/from der Hochfrequenzstromkreis gesetzt werden. Das Hinzufügen mindestens von von einer Platte für den unterbrechenden unerwünschten höherer Ordnungmodus, der den Ausbreitungweg der Hochfrequenzwellen im Raum innerhalb des Metallkastens abschneidet, indem es im wesentlichen den Raum innerhalb des Metallkastens teilt, macht es möglich, den Ausbreitungweg abzuschneiden, in dem die Hochfrequenz Propagates im Raum innerhalb des Kastens und Erregung und Ausbreitung des unerwünschten höherer Ordnungmodus zu unterdrücken wellenartig bewegt, der nachteilig die Frequenz beeinflußt, die vom Hochfrequenz-Schaltkreiselement charakteristisch ist.
