The present invention relates to novel 3-nitropyridine derivatives,
pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and pharmaceutical compositions
containing the same as active ingredients. Methods of preparing the
derivatives and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same are also
disclosed. The 3-nitropyridine derivatives of the present invention, due
to their inhibitory activity against the proliferation of human
immunodeficiency virus (HIV) as well as hepatitis B virus (HBV), can be
used as therapeutic agents as well as preventive agents for hepatitis B
and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS).
Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auf Ableitungen des Romans 3-nitropyridine, pharmazeutisch annehmbare Salze davon und der pharmazeutische Aufbau, der dasselbe wie Aktivsubstanzen enthält. Methoden des Vorbereitens der Ableitungen und des pharmazeutischen Aufbaus, die dasselbe enthalten, werden auch freigegeben. Die Ableitungen 3-nitropyridine der anwesenden Erfindung, wegen ihrer hemmenden Tätigkeit gegen die starke Verbreitung des menschlichen Immunodeficiencyvirus (HIV) sowie Virus der Hepatitis B (HBV), können als therapeutische Mittel sowie vorbeugende Mittel für Hepatitis B und erworbenes immunes Mangelsyndrom (AIDS) benutzt werden.
