A power roller bearing for rotatably supporting a power roller of a
toroidal-type continuously variable transmission, having: an inner ring;
an outer ring; a plurality of balls respectively interposed between the
inner and outer rings; and, a retainer for holding the balls therein,
wherein the retainer includes a plurality of pockets for storing the balls
therein at equi-distant positions in the peripheral direction of the
retainer, and the inner peripheral portions of the pockets are
respectively formed of elastic material that, when the power roller
rotates, allows the balls to shift from the equi-distant positions.
Un cuscinetto di rullo di alimentazione per rotativamente il sostegno del rullo di alimentazione di un toroidal-tipo trasmissione continuamente variabile, avendo: un anello interno; un anello esterno; una pluralità di sfere interposte rispettivamente fra gli anelli interni ed esterni; e, un fermo per la tenuta le sfere in ciò, in cui il fermo include una pluralità di tasche per immagazzinare le sfere in ciò alle posizioni equidistante nel senso periferico del fermo e le parti periferiche interne delle tasche sono formate rispettivamente di materiale elastico che, quando il rullo di alimentazione ruota, permette che le sfere spostino dalle posizioni equidistante.
