The novel phthalocyanine cyan dye of the formula (I)

in which
M represents an ion of a metal selected from the group consisting of Cu,
Fe, Co, Mg, Mn, Sn and Ni,
X represents a linear compound having 6-10 atoms in length containing C, O,
and/or N,
R.sub.1 represents pyridine, imidazole, sulfide, thiol, phenol, benzene,
benzaldehyde, pyrimidine, pyrizine, triazine, thiazole, oxazole, pyridone,
pyrone, pyrole, thiophene, furan, pyran, dioxane, and morpholine, and
derivatives thereof,
R.sub.2 represents an atom or chemical group that imparts water solubility
to the phthalocyanine cyan dye, and
y and z each independently represent an integer of 1 to 3 satisfying the
relation of 2.ltoreq.y+z.ltoreq.4.
Ink formulations containing at least one dye of the formula (I) and methods
for ink jet printing with inks containing the phthalocyanine cyan dyes of
formula (I).
Das Romanphthalocyanin, das cyan-blaue Färbung des Formel (i) ## STR1 ##, in dem M ein Ion eines Metalls darstellt, von der Gruppe vorwählte, die aus Cu, F.E., Co, Magnesium, Mangan, Sn und Ni, X besteht, stellt ein lineares Mittel dar, das 6-10 Atome in der Länge hat, die C, O und/oder N enthält, stellt R.sub.1 Pyridin, Imidazol, Sulfid, Thiolalkohol, Phenol, Benzol, Benzaldehyd, Pyrimidin, pyrizine, Triazin, thiazole, oxazole, pyridone, Pyron, pyrole, Thiophen, Furan, pyran, Dioxan und Morpholin und Ableitungen davon dar, stellt R.sub.2 eine Atom- oder Chemikaliegruppe dar, die zuteilt Wasserlöslichkeit zum Phthalocyanin cyan-blaue Färbung und y und z jedes stellen unabhängig eine Ganzzahl von 1 bis 3 die Relation von 2.ltoreq.y+z.ltoreq.4 erfüllend dar. Färben Sie die Formulierungen ein, die mindestens eine Färbung der Formel (i) und der Methoden für den Tintenstrahl enthalten, der mit den Tinten druckt, welche die cyan-blauen Färbungen des Phthalocyanins von Formel (i) enthalten.
