An oral solid fixed dose composition comprising pharmacologically effective
amounts of entacapone, levodopa, and carbidopa, or pharmaceutically
acceptable salts or hydrates thereof, and comprising at least one
pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The composition can be used, e.g.,
for the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
Een mondeling vast lichaam bevestigde dosissamenstelling farmacologisch bestaand uit efficiënte hoeveelheden entacapone, levodopa, en carbidopa, of farmaceutisch aanvaardbare zouten of hydraten daarvan, en farmaceutisch bestaand minstens uit één aanvaardbare vulstof. De samenstelling kan, b.v., voor de behandeling van de ziekte van Parkinson worden gebruikt.
