Disclosed are photoimageable compositions containing silsesquioxane binder
polymers and photoactive compounds, methods of forming relief images using
such compositions and methods of manufacturing electronic devices using
such compositions. Such compositions are useful as photoresists and in the
manufacture of optoelectronic devices.
