An A/D conversion circuit 20 comprises a coupling capacitor C.sub.201, feedback capacitor C.sub.202, switch SW.sub.202, amplifier 201, comparison portion 202, capacitance control portion 203, and variable capacitance portions 210, 220, and 230. The variable capacitance portion 210 comprises capacitors C.sub.211 to C.sub.214 and switches SW.sub.211 to SW.sub.214. One end of each of the capacitors C.sub.211 to C.sub.214 is connected to the inverted input terminal of the amplifier 201, and the other end is connected, via the respective switches SW.sub.211 to SW.sub.214, to either the reference voltage V.sub.ref1 or to the common voltage V.sub.com.

Um circuito A/D 20 da conversão compreende um capacitor de acoplamento C.sub.201, o capacitor C.sub.202 do gabarito, o interruptor SW.sub.202, o amplificador 201, a parcela 202 da comparação, a parcela 203 do controle da capacidade, e as parcelas variáveis 210, 220, e 230 da capacidade. A parcela variável 210 da capacidade compreende os capacitores C.sub.211 a C.sub.214 e comuta SW.sub.211 a SW.sub.214. Um fim de cada um dos capacitores C.sub.211 a C.sub.214 é conectado ao terminal invertido da entrada do amplificador 201, e a outra extremidade é conectada, através dos interruptores respectivos SW.sub.211 a SW.sub.214, à tensão V.sub.ref1 da referência ou à tensão comum V.sub.com.
