A method is provided for enhancing hematopoiesis. The method includes
transplanting at least a therapeutically effective portion of an isolated
vascular tissue into a subject, wherein the vascular tissue enhances
hematopoiesis. A method is also provided for detecting an agent that
affects hematopoiesis. The method includes transplanting a portion of an
isolated vascular tissue into a subject, wherein the portion of the
isolated vascular tissue is sufficient to enhance hematopoiesis. The
vascular tissue is treated with an agent, and hematopoiesis is detected in
the subject. Hematopoiesis in the subject is compared with hematopoietic
in a control. A change in hematopoiesis in the subject as compared to the
control indicatives that the agent affects hematopoiesis. A method is
provided for isolating a hematopoiesis growth factor using the method of
the invention. In addition, a method is provided for isolating a
hematopoietic stem cell using the method of the invention. Pharmaceutical
compositions and kits for promoting hematopoiesis are also disclosed. In
addition, a non-human animal model is also disclosed for testing agents
that affect hematopoiesis. The model system is a non-human animal
deficient for hematopoiesis transplanted with an isolated portion of a
vascular tissue, wherein the portion of the vascular tissue is sufficient
to promote hematopoiesis.
Eine Methode wird für erhöhendes hematopoiesis zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Methode schließt das Verpflanzen mindestens eines therapeutisch wirkungsvollen Teils eines lokalisierten Gefäßgewebes in ein Thema ein, worin das Gefäßgewebe hematopoiesis erhöht. Eine Methode wird auch für das Ermitteln eines Mittels zur Verfügung gestellt, das hematopoiesis beeinflußt. Die Methode schließt das Verpflanzen eines Teils eines lokalisierten Gefäßgewebes in ein Thema ein, worin der Teil des lokalisierten Gefäßgewebes genügend ist, hematopoiesis zu erhöhen. Das Gefäßgewebe wird mit einem Mittel behandelt, und hematopoiesis wird im Thema ermittelt. Hematopoiesis im Thema wird mit hematopoietic in einer Steuerung verglichen. Eine Änderung im hematopoiesis im Thema verglichen mit den Steuerindicatives, daß das Mittel hematopoiesis beeinflußt. Eine Methode wird für das Lokalisieren eines hematopoiesis Wachstumfaktors mit der Methode der Erfindung zur Verfügung gestellt. Zusätzlich wird eine Methode für das Lokalisieren einer hematopoietic Stammzelle mit der Methode der Erfindung zur Verfügung gestellt. Pharmazeutischer Aufbau und Installationssätze für die Förderung von von hematopoiesis werden auch freigegeben. Zusätzlich wird ein nicht menschliches Tiermodell auch für prüfenmittel freigegeben, die hematopoiesis beeinflussen. Das vorbildliche System ist für hematopoiesis verpflanzt mit einem lokalisierten Teil eines Gefäßgewebes ein nicht menschliches tierischesunzulängliches, worin der Teil des Gefäßgewebes genügend ist, hematopoiesis zu fördern.
