A method of fabricating a microstructure is provided. The method includes
the step of providing a layer of a polyermizable material. A solid is
brought into contact with the layer of polymerizable material so as to
alter the shape of the upper surface of the layer. Thereafter, the layer
of polymerizable material is polymerized such that the layer solidifies
and the upper surface thereof assumes a desired three-dimensional
configuration.
Eine Methode des Fabrizierens einer Mikrostruktur wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Methode schließt den Schritt des Zur Verfügung stellens einer Schicht eines polyermizable Materials ein. Ein Körper wird in Kontakt mit der Schicht des polymerizable Materials geholt, um die Form der Oberfläche der Schicht zu ändern. Danach wird der Schicht des polymerizable Materials so polymerisiert, daß die Schicht sich verfestigt und die Oberfläche davon eine gewünschte dreidimensionale Konfiguration annimmt.
