The present invention relates to a process for preparing functionalized
polyalkyleneimines which are useful for formulating nucleic acids intended
to be transfected into cells. This process consists in treating
polyalkyleneimines with a functionalized hemiacetal in the presence of
titanium (IV) isopropoxide and sodium borohydride.
De onderhavige uitvinding heeft op een proces om voorbereidingen te treffen betrekking functionalized polyalkyleneimines die nuttig zijn om nucleic zuren te formuleren die bedoelen als om transfected in cellen. Dit proces bestaat uit het behandelen van polyalkyleneimines met a functionalized hemiacetal in aanwezigheid van titanium(iv) isopropoxide en natriumborohydride.
