The present invention relates to a method of administering a compound of
Formula I:

wherein
R.sup.1 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-6 -alkyl;
R.sup.2 is C.sub.1-6 -alkyl or adamantyl;
R.sup.3 is C.sub.1-6 -alkyl or hydroxy; or
R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 taken together are --(CR.sup.6 R.sup.7).sub.n --;
R.sup.4 is C.sub.2-8 -alkyl, C.sub.2-8 -alkenyl, C.sub.2-8 -alkynyl,
--OCH.sub.2 R.sup.5 or C.sub.2-8 -alkanoyl, or hydrogen when R.sup.3 is
hydroxy;
R.sup.5 is C.sub.1-6 -alkyl, C.sub.2-6 -alkenyl or C.sub.2-6 -alkynyl;
R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 are hydrogen or C.sub.1-6 -alkyl;
Y is oxygen or sulfur; and
n is 3, 4, or 5,
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salts of carboxylic acid of formula I,
wherein said method comprises the step of admixing said compound in solid
form with a topical carrier to form a topical formulation within seven
days prior to first topical administration of said compound.
La presente invenzione riguarda un metodo di amministrazione del residuo della formula I: ## del ## STR1 in cui R.sup.1 è idrogeno o C.sub.1-6 - alchile; R.sup.2 è C.sub.1-6 - alchile o adamantyl; R.sup.3 è C.sub.1-6 - alchilico o idrossilato; o R.sup.2 e R.sup.3 presi insieme sono -- il --; R.sup.4 di (CR.sup.6 R.sup.7).sub.n è C.sub.2-8 - alchile, C.sub.2-8 - alchenile, C.sub.2-8 - il alkynyl, -- OCH.sub.2 R.sup.5 o C.sub.2-8 - alkanoyl, o idrogeno quando R.sup.3 è idrossilato; R.sup.5 è C.sub.1-6 - alchile, C.sub.2-6 - alchenile o C.sub.2-6 - alkynyl; R.sup.6 e R.sup.7 sono idrogeno o C.sub.1-6 - alchile; Y è ossigeno o zolfo; e la n è 3, 4, o 5, o sali farmaceuticamente accettabili di acido carbossilico della formula I, in cui il metodo detto contiene il punto mescolanza del residuo detto nella forma solida con un elemento portante d'attualità per formare una formulazione d'attualità in sette giorni prima della prima gestione d'attualità del residuo detto.
