Quick-installing and quick-releasing pull out cargo-carrying frame includes
a stationary frame to which is attached a first component of a
quick-stall, quick-release attachment member, which can be employed to
secure the frame to a cargo or other mounting area of a vehicle, trailer
or other suitable mounting member through a second component of the
quick-install, quick-release attachment member corresponding to the first
component. The frame can be accompanied by a tray or other
cargo-supporting member.
