The present invention relates to an inclusion compound of fumagillol
derivative or its salt with hydroxypropyl-.beta.-cyclodextrin or
sulfobutylether-7-.beta.-cyclodextrin, and pharmaceutical compositions
comprising the same. The inclusion compound according to the present
invention has superior water solubility and stability while exhibiting
low toxicity, rendering it valuable as an anticancer agent or inhibitor
of tumor metastasis.
De onderhavige uitvinding heeft op een opnemingssamenstelling van fumagillolderivaat of zijn zout met hydroxypropyl-.beta.-cyclodextrien of sulfobutylether-7-.beta.-cyclodextrien, en farmaceutische samenstellingen betrekking bestaand uit het zelfde. De opnemingssamenstelling volgens de onderhavige uitvinding heeft superieure wateroplosbaarheid en stabiliteit terwijl het tentoonstellen van lage giftigheid, die het maakt als agent of inhibitor tegen kanker van tumormetastase waardevol.
